26' Class C 6 – 8 Berth Motorhome

Security Deposit: $800 for motor homes to be charged immediately to hold booking. Any balance due to be paid 3 weeks before unit leaves. Adjustments for gasoline, mileage and generator will be made when unit is checked in. Security will be refunded within 2 weeks after return of RV. Renter must possess valid Driver's license and Credit Card.

Collision Damage Waiver: Motor home $20 per day with a maximum or $800 for collision damage waiver. This reduces renter’s liability from full value of RV.



Mileage: Mileage to be estimated for round trip and paid before leaving and adjusted when unit is returned.

Gasoline Adjustment: Gasoline tanks start full and should be filled when unit is returned.

Prep & Cleaning Fee: $175 for motor homes includes sanitation, propane, toilet chemicals, campground guide, and exterior cleaning. Return pre-paid cleaning fee $50.

Generator: $3 per hour if used or $20 per day for unlimited use.

Available options: Bike Rack $35/trip, GPS $10/day or $100/trip, and Personal Packs $50/person


RENTAL FACTS

All Campers Sleep approx. 6 People

Cancellation Refund: Refunds may be taken either by a) 50% cash or b) 100% applicable to future rental within a year: No refund within 3 weeks.

Proof: Renter must provide valid drivers license, proof of insurance and be at least 25 years old and hold a current valid MasterCard, Visa, or Discover card.

Late Returns: Any late returns are charged 2 FULL DAYS at daily rates.

All Trailers and Motorhomes are SMOKE FREE: Pre-approved towing and pets are permitted in certain RV’s and there is a fee for this. Any exception to this has a penalty of $250.
