Rental Terms
* Rental Period is a 3 day minimum for all rentals. On certain occasions, we may be able to work with the customer to satisfy special needs.
* Reservation deposit: is $250.00 to $500.00, which is applied toward rental fee. (Required on all rentals). Deposit is refundable up to 14 days before departure. No refunds if less than 14 days notice of cancelation.
* Proper identification (valid drivers license) must be presented when reserving a vehicle.
* Security (Damage) deposit: $500.00-$1,500.00 depending on coach. This is refundable if unit is brought back in good condition with no damage, is clean, propane filled, dumped, and filled with fuel.
* Call for pet information
* Holding tanks must be empty when unit is returned. A Dumping Fee of $60.00 will be charged if tanks are not empty upon return.
* Gasoline tanks are full upon departure and must be returned full.

* Towing is not allowed with our coaches.
* Smoking is NEVER allowed in our coaches!
* Access to the roof of our coaches is not allowed.
* All renters must have insurance: Your auto insurance company should be able to provide you with a binder, or you can go through our insurance agency for a daily rate, which varies for all coaches.
* All fees are payable by cash, debit or major credit card (Mastercard,Visa & Discover)
* Full payment is due on day of departure for all rental fees, security deposit, etc. Fees are subject to Florida 6% sales tax.
